I'm hearing so many good things about intermittent fast. It is a challenge though. I found it challenging to fast in the morning because I need my coffee and etc to start the day.

Yes water fast means water only. The recommended time is maximum three days. Anything beyond that is not recommended but I have seen people do 21 day water fast. No idea how they can achieve this....
