I didn't sign Arista, I kept my overtime multiplier. They intimidated the vast majority into signing, tried again with those of us who didn't for a few more months, and then it was rarely mentioned...

It's a loophole; if you were supposed to be able to make sweeping contract changes like this then it would just be possible to do so. Fire and re-hire to force a contract change should be illegal....
