I'm sure a conversation was had with him before he went on the show as to what was expected from him. For all we know, such conversations are still going on in the diary room.

Which is doing very poorly in the ratings. It is a change that nobody ever asked for and is to the detriment of a once interesting as well as entertaining show.

Chris is 100% correct. It's nice to see someone defend the show for what it once was and could still be. The solutions to the problems of this show are the ones I have tried, in the face of a torrent...
