Didn't Rex say in the house he hates bullies? and he isn't one? After he got told off again for picking on Sara. I remember him saying that. He said he luvs to winds peoplel up, which isn't nice, but that's not really bad, could be funny at times, though it has hurt some of the HM's, winding people up and bulling someone is competey different, if he diliberately bullied Rachel, then I am sorry he is no better then Alex, I can't stand bullies or nasty people, it get kicks out of upsetting other people to me, is dam right nasty.
