He acts way too mature for his age. He's 24(looks 18) but he's like the old man of the house always pointing at the rules. I dread to think what he''ll be like when he's much older!

And he has contradicted himself a few times; slamming the DR door and refusing to sit in the chair for 1 hour was hardly respectful! What if the whole house had been punished for that rule break?

Yes, he has some moral fibre. But he has some very bad traits too. He'd be a nightmare to live with I think!
