Zero chance of any of those rules happening particularly rule number 4.
There have been many great housemates under 30, so that would be a bad idea imo.
I would definitely like to see more over 30s on though. Desperate 50+ token types like "kitchen police mum of the house Carol BB8" should be avoided at all costs though.
I do hope that BB12 age 30 and under was just a one off.
