Also with posts counting in games I don't feel it should; most games on TiBB are just for a forum vote and a lot get spammed. The only exception for me would be The Mole and In Cold Blood where the missions actually require massive team work in quite difficult challenges and the games are more of an intelligent strategy game as opposed to a popularity vote.

..yeah, but I think also people apply for the experience and fun/satisfaction etc but the winner still gets an award but the host gives so much time also..so maybe that should be recognised more..?...I know that members appreciate it but it would still be quite nice, I think...and also, during off season, the forum would pretty much not be nearly so active without games being hosted...
