Yes I agree, there does seem to be fewer stories than in previous years. The BB4 housemates did not get much coverage either. I think it is in large part due to the cynicism that seems to exist in the media about reality TV contestants, and their motivations for taking part.

Generally I prefer the Big Brother housemates that decide beforehand that they will not pursue a career in media because this makes for a more real reality show. The show does attract its fair share of wannabes however.

Some of the BB5 housemates will probably get some kind of presenting role, albeit low-key, because that was always their intended career path.
