I went to sleep at around 3.30 am and got up at just after 6 pm and up to now, I have had just 6 or 7 cups of coffee.
I did have a beautiful thick Rump steak for late dinner yesterday though and I left half of it so I will probably re-heat that and have it for dinner with a large portion of garlic mushrooms and several chunks of crusty uncut bread with butter.
I'm just not hungry though yet for some reason, and I never hardly ever skip breakfast which to me is THE most vital meal of all.
