Unhappy Dave the barman from The Winchester dies



Minder and Zulu actor Glynn Edwards has died at the age of 87
  • The actor reportedly died at home in Scotland on May 23
  • Glynn was best known for his role as Dave 'the barman' Harris in Minder
  • He starred in more than 100 episodes over 15 years and at its peak, the show was watched by 16million viewers
  • Glynn also starred in Steptoe and Son, Lucky Feller, Rising Damp and Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em
  • He retired in 1994 and settled in Spain with third wife Valerie Edwards
  • They have five children between them
