Victoria Beckham is reported to be getting into shape for the Spice Girls reunion by attempting a spot of a corset training.
The 'body-moulding' regime involves wearing a corset around the clock to help shape the waist.
Posh, 33, is said to be impressed by the way burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese has changed her own figure using the technique.
The pair hit it off when they met at Paris Fashion Week earlier this month.
'Corset training is perfectly safe, provided it is done carefully,' Dita, 34, tells the Daily Star.
'By binding the waist and following a specific eating routine, you can gradually reduce the waist.
'I used to sleep in my corset. Body-moulding is a beautiful and complicated art.'
But David Beckham, 32, is said to be worried about the regime.
'He is concerned by the health implications,' a source explains.
