Based on what? Nothing, that's what.
He was an abusive **** that was sexually violent towards a woman, pregnant or not, doesn't matter. He attacked a gay man and then revelled in it in interviews bragging about how he wanted to kill him. He was a violent man undeserving of sympathy that used his crimes and his bigotry to promote himself.
I get that you want to take the moral highground but you aren't going to do that by defending this twat.
