Russia is beyond redemption under Putin. He rigged the elections, there was evidence on TV for everyone to see! They didn't even bother trying to hide it because they did what they always do... they denied it. Putin's main opponent wasn't allowed to stand, they have MASSIVE problems with organised crime and homophobia is on the rise. I mean... the evidence against Putin is there and yet people are still buying his bullsh*t?!?!?

The World Cup does give the world a window on Russia. What a good job Putin had enough money to make sure FIFA saw it the same way.
