And the conversation between the two Joneses being foreshadowed last season, Jones mentioned having a drunken hallucination that helped her solve some early time travel issues and that was this meeting with her future self all along.
And the scene where future Cassie on the TV looked directly at the screen to talk to her past self because she knew she was watching because she'd already watched it and received the advice from herself. *suddenly needs to take a couple paracetamol tablets*
