Red's and I's children are fit and healthy, we dont let them sit around watching too much telly..... play is an important part of learning so if its a rainy day then they go upstairs to play together..... it stops them from being idol.

We dont often buy crisps, chocolate or sweets.... they get them as treats, yoghurts for pudding and always serve veg on their plates.

We only have chips once a week and pizza about once a month. All our children are fit and healthy..... not overweight or chubby.

They dont badger us for sugary fatty stuff because they know what the answer will be.

Of course we have biscuits but we make sure that they arent the ones that are crammed full of crap
