It sounds like she's
suggesting that villages in Africa are in such need of food, and so unable to function for themselves, that they need a rich, pompous,
ridiculous American to come and shoot a giraffe for them.
In an ideal world I'd send her out into the bush with a spear. Anything she kills, she can keep.
