I was due for a vist from them last year, but they were booked on Virgin Rail and their train was delayed due to engineering works and they missed their connection. They rang up and were really sorry to have missed me. So far they have not found a window to re-do me as they are heavily booked up and there is talk of their jobs being transferred to a private agency.
