I find it hard to care over things that are out of my control...
It reminds me of vegetarians.

Refusing to eat meat, yet all the animals still die. Refusing to eat it means there's a bigger chance the animal died for no reason at all, and the food will go to waste.

As is the same with global warming issues these days. The people who don't care will far outweigh the people who try to do their bit, thus the outcome is still the same and people go to all that effort for no real reason besides delaying global warming effects by a few months if you're extremely lucky.

You can't make a difference unless the entire planet is willing to get on board with you, which they aren't. So I just tend to live my life and let the human race deal with the consequences later.
