maybe drunk, yeah they were watching world cup match, so i'd imagine they have been drinking couple of beers
the vegetation might've made it difficult to see the edge of the building
so it might be more a combination of them being drunk + wild vegetation/garden making it unable to properly see the edge of the building
bit suspicious it seems, same as in Thailand with the death of dutch 18 year old model Ivana Smit who also fell from 5 or 6 floors to the ground
