If she was just buying herself a drink as opposed to tending to a patient then technically he was correct in giving her a fine? Whether you should let her park there anyway for a few minutes because she’s doing a good job saving lives etc I guess is the issue. I’m such a painfully indecisive person that I could probably never give an answer.
