I don't believe complaints from less than 200 people should affect what the other millions of viewers should be allowed to see or program makers be allowed to do.

However it is not as simple as that. I watched fight night and as a viewer I was left concerned about what had happened to some housemates. Seeing Shell in a terrible state was no pleasure for me personally to see.

Channel 4 I believe handled it badly in more ways than one.

The viewers were left in the dark for to long. Re-assuring info should have been provided.

The housemates I believe were at risk as the intervention of security was far far to slow.

As much as I dislike busy body regulators like Ofcom interfering I do believe they were correct in criticising Channel 4 on this occasion.

The sad thing is that channel 4 will probably have to be more carfull and as a result next years final BB will no doubt be a flop......That's why it will be the last......

You cannot rely on trained expert to always get things right. Human behavour is far to unpredictable for that to happen. So the set up last year was a risk taking exercise to boost the popularity of BB and sadly it backfired.
