I disagree. I think there is a difference between liking some as a friend and fancying someone.
Personally I find it weird fancying someone youve never seen a picture of. There are people on this forum I fancy, but thats because i've seen pictures of them, i couldnt just fancy someone by the way they write.

I believe you can, because then it's admiring their personality and the way they are around you, rather than basing it upon looks. If you know a lot about them, and you're comfortable chatting and being close to them, then that's OK imo.
