.....eeeek...the name of the hotel made me smile..the Poseidon Playa Hotel...not the best adventure for her, a disaster from beginning to end, it seems...how apt the name really...
...those pesky Spaniards aside..
..she did seem to have some genuine grievances...Thomas Cook not notifying of the flight change date..?..if that’s true obviously...and the mobility issues of being put on the 14th floor originally, although the hotel did address that as best as they could and changed the room to the 1st floor, but still one level up which wasn’t a good start for her...and the incline the hotel was on, which couldn’t be addressed by hotel staff...so things if true, which would have meant being badly guided by the representative of Thomas Cook who helped book her holiday, that she’d spent 12 months saving for...hopefully it’ll all be addressed and sorted out to her satisfaction etc...those pesky Spaniard people though...how very dare they support tourism in their own country..
