Jade does have her bad points, but she is in the middle of everything, and her presence in a crowd is normally positive. She is definitely NOT a party pooper. OK, she is thick, her voice can be annoying (though I found Sunita's "wicked" in her posh voice far more so) and she butts in, but that is immaturity and over-enthusiasm.

How can anyone want her out when we have "old women of both ages and sexes" like Alex and Sandy?

She has a long way to go, but I think she has already visibly matured, and she does make me laugh!

By the way, I have nothing against older people as I am one myself, I am actually older than Sandy! My handle is a bit of a giveaway!!!
