I don't think that's her problem, it's that when she is not laughing, and she looks at someone, she looks aggressive. I don't think it is deliberate, it's just how her face looks when she isn't smiling, but she has unintentionally offended both Adele and Jade, and I don't think she has resolved it with Adele yet.
It's a shame, because she really gets the party going.
