I believe her crying was genuine and im not a chloe fan, having someone as intimidating as Natalie continuously shouting at you for something so trivial, getting personal about your life/career and basically saying she shouldnt be there cos shes a no one would probably have quite a similar affect on a lot of people. |

She gets too personal
Arguing for entertainment is one thing, but Natalie goes for the jugular; she finds people's weak spots and keeps chipping away until they break.
She couldn't get a rise from Kirstie or Hardeep, so she moved on and found weaknesses in Gabby and Chloe
I honestly think she finds it a 'success' if she brings people to tears
