She needed a redemtion arc..she tried after bb called her in for aggressively approaching chloe aggresively by pointed her wagging finger and getting louder and louder....she came back out and sat down with her, trying to be nice with chloe while sally mediated..but as soon as sally started pointing out her faults she just instantly blocked hr out by being loud and removing herself from the situation.

She just found it impossible to listen..she did the exact same with nick when he tried to calm her down and see her faults...

If she had started to see her faults and faced up to her flaws she would probably have been saved. Unfortunatly it was beyond her..no matter how many fake tiaras she packed in her bag.
