Hopkins is VILE she has said worse - regarding refugee children on the beach and autism, to name only a few. She is a raging attention seeker - a total Narcissist. I dont through that word easily. So you can see why she'd want attention from Roxanne's attention. She probably envies her for being one of the most the hated women in the country at the moment.
