Just listening to the Chart of 1981 and Soft Cell Tainted love and the TL and I were reminiscing about the above rumour that dominated schools that year re marc almond.
It was a total scandal that shocked school children mainly as gay people did not really exist back then and the obviously false rumour was so outlandish but we all believed it as we did not know what gay men did etc
So funny to think about it now. Do any of the oldies remember this?
