, if you walk down the street naked you can't expect NOT TO BE NOTICED . So prepare for EVERYONE to look and you will get arrested for indecent exposure and you will probably get people laughing and filming it on their mobiles and other negative reactions.
But back to the topic of length of skirt , when people wear revealing clothes they will get a reaction that's what happens . BUT it doesn't mean it's OK for perverts to assault them.
