Yeah, but if she only removed those message just before she went in, means she wasnt that embarrassed about them for 4-5 years, and actually stood by them. That coupled with the other religious and sectarian stuff , doesnt look good. age isnt an excuse if you are aware of the possible implications/ fallout from discovery. BB's background checking is (as usual) atrocious, but keeping her in is an incident waiting to kick off tbh.
