I think Isaac's reaction to Anamelia in last night's episode seemed a bit extreme. However, he was already wound up, and I got the impression that he exploded with Anamelia after containing his irritation about her behaviour for too long. It was a build up that led to him reacting that way, and I think it shows her behaviour is somehow winding up a lot of the housemates.

I think I remember Lewis G saying something about winding up Anamelia because of the way she'd been treating Lewis F when he was in the bedroom repeatedly singing her name.
