Default Why do they actually change between VTE & VTS?
Why do they chop and change between VTE and VTS depending on civilian & celebrity?

Is it because celeb gets a lot of votes anyway & they want to get their moneys worth out of big names...?

Then with civilian VTE generates more votes??
