He's played the pity card since night one
And hes right he doesn't look like anyone else in there as they all wash themselves and their hair ! I think his clothes are a gimmick I seriously doubt very much he dresses like this outside of the house or he would have perfected it better, he lays about all day with a 5 o'clock shadow ,no make up ,you cannot put a Primark set of pearls around your neck, pick up a fan and call yourself a woman
