..I think it was before cauli-gate...’you’ll be perceived as Lewis G’s bitch’ was the starting point, I think..(..while not saying anything about anyone else who was ok with Lewis G, only Kay..)....unless there was something before that but more subtle...while Cameron went on to say he couldn’t understand how people got wound up by Lewis G or some such thing ...and that he was absolutely fine in the house..
