I find Cameron gets a lot of support and help from Lewis.

If you remember, Lewis continually says, Listen to what you feel is right, don't be swayed by anyone and he has said this many times.

How is that being negative, it is boosting his confidence, not demeaning it or in any way or trying to influence it.

He is saying, go with your heart and is being perfectly correct in saying, make your own mind up.
