Like you said, original housemates have in this case 3 weeks worth of relationships build with other housemates while the new housemates have to start from scratch and try to integrate with the people.
Newbies major disadvantage will always be the usual originals vs newbies settlement which newbies usually lose.
Newbies advantages... well the 1 week immunity is a good start.
It also on how likable they are as housemates and also how much cracks have formed in the originals relationships in the amount of time they have spend in the house and are they deep enough to get a original hm out over a newbie?
Ie: How much "beef" one or some of the originals have for one or some of the original housemates vs a housemate who has no beef with no one.
