I first got it when I was about 2/3 and was really bad up until the age of about 7/8 and used to have loads of asthma attacks, sometimes ended up in hospital to control it using a nebuliser.

There was one time at school when I was about 5 that I came close to dying, I kept telling the teacher I wasn't breathing properly but she thought I was just lying so I was just sitting there barely able to breathe for about 2 hours, luckily my mum was coming to collect me at lunch time.

If I get a cold now it's always much worse than a normal one as it goes straight into a chest infection.
