I think this whole thing comes down to how the producers usually cast black women. If you look at most series, you will see that there's a black woman casted based off stereotypes - so the loud, gobby, argumentative type. Some examples would be Adele (argumentative), Makosi (all three lol), Charley, Alexandra, Sylvia, Sophia, Gina and Toya.
To claim that the public are voting housemates out purely based on the fact they are black, is a silly thing to say and believe.
