In reality shows the attraction between two people are more likely to happen because theirs not the outside world to compete with,every day problems like work,money,relationships etc are taken away from them so the focus is on just having a good time,and alchol flowing freely makes the situation more attractive,and of course they all spend 24 hours a day with that certain person which brings them more closer together.
