I have to strongly DISAGREE with you Amy .
The woman IS NOT police or security , she isn't even the owner of the building yet she took it upon herself to interrogate this guy and she blocked the doorway which is out of order and rude of her . And i'm sure plenty of people haven't properly met eachother in that apartment complex . You can't just be suspicious of everyone who enters the building

And i got the impression the fact that she was taking her dog out , that he knew she was walking towards the door so he just didn't bother getting his key fob out.
And she never felt in danger of him ,otherwise she wouldn't be a stalker and follow him . She's in the wrong completely and maybe there's a reason she doesn't know all her neighbours due to the type of person she is
