no he shouldn't and hes not been just a bit of an asshole. What is it they say, there is always the switch off button or the fast forward lol..unfortunately he has that sort of accent which is sometimes hard to understand unless one has the same. It is wrong though to even question his tone as the accent doesnt help....others are passive aggressive but it is still the same.
