Brooke and Lewis quite clearly have the type of friendship that you can joke about with sex - she has many times - quite confusingly - hit on lewis. Openly. She told him he’d be the perfect bf for her. She was cuddling him. Tonight she was massaging him and staring into his eyes as a joke. If you have that friendship, then it’s less awkward. I don’t think he’d ever sleep with her - she’s already said she has no sexual interest in men.
Akeem and tomasz don’t and have never had that relationship - if anything their relationship has been negative in the past - which is why it’s uncomfortable to be around
