Yes there is, and he was racist, there's no doubt about that. He's a 77 year old living in sheltered accommodation. So there's no chance he might be a little, you know... tapped? Because to me, he
sounds mental. Also the cabin crew have been criticised constantly when it would have been the Captain's decision whether a daft old bugger making a racist comment to another passenger was worth holding up everyone for hours.
I think about all the ways people suffer because of their race... and this incident is news all over the world. I hope the woman and her daughter get some compo to make the whole ridiculous circus worthwhile.
