People who wanted Tomasz may be a fair bit more just getting behind Cian now.
Now casting their votes.

It's rubbish to say multi voting.

I've tried to multi vote on this poll and cannot.

Yes you click the vote again, it goes through to the poll, but for me it states when I first vote.
Thank you for voting ....

If I try again the vote goes through but it says this time, '' we have already counted your vote''.

The figures unchanged.

As to say the bottom 3 and 2 at the top aren't getting multi votes, and only 1 is, is frankly not plausible.

If multi voting was possible, the leader could change almost anytime.

There'd be a whole shedload of votes going in too, not around 50 an hour.
It takes only seconds to vote.
