Rylan is a better (more insightful, more impartial) interviewer than Emma, and Emma was a better BOTS host than Rylan. They're both terrible in the roles they've had for the last several years.

"Big Brother is the biggest format out of all these shows, it’s not the fact that it’s crap, it’s that you’ve got them running it."

This isn't incorrect but should be directed mainly at the people behind the scenes, not just the ones in front of the camera. Big Brother is one of the original reality formats, and still technically one of the purest and best formats, and could still be great if handled properly. It's been mismanaged into the ground, sadly.
