Okay, episode 3 of Ghost Island was a lot better than the premiere. It felt a lot nicer to follow because the narrative was clearer and everything wasn't so rushed. There was a bit of an eye-roll moment with there being a tribe swap so soon, but at least the premiere episode doesn't bode completely irrelevant because of the Chris/Domenick dynamic seeping through to this one (even though I'm completely over Domenick already).
lmao at Morgan being blindsided. There was something so stank and unlikable about her that I can't really put into words rn, but still, lol. I think it's because of how dismissive she was towards Angela (who is quite boring, but I appreciate that she appears like someone who was supposed to be cast in, like, Survivor Thailand but found herself in an evolved GAME CHANGING era). Like, at tribal council when she said "Well, Chris isn't here!
" when all Angela was trying to do was explain that she was being forced into doing something by Chris. So yeah, I appreciate Original Malolo owning Morgan, but fgs at Domenick now having an idol and an advantage (though, that advantage is literally the silliest thing ever).
I wouldn't be surprised if I watch the next episode and there's another tribe swap. Jeff and co seem to love them these days.
