Hmmmm if they collect general WW2 memorabilia then that's different, or even German military memorabilia. If they SPECIFICALLY collect Nazi-related items I'd have some questions tbqfh, as I'd be tempted to say that's an "enthusiast" not a collector.

Likewise with some of the items in this thread (the Alabama one for instance), if someone wanted it as part of a collection of American / colonial items then that seems reasonable. If they simply have a massive collection of black caricatures, gollywogs and pictures of people with blackface... well... there's something else going on there isn't there.
