They're period pieces. If someone is interested in the era that these black figures come from, I don't see that it necessarily makes them racist to want to own them. Wouldn't want them in my house though.

Hmmmm if they collect general WW2 memorabilia then that's different, or even German military memorabilia. If they SPECIFICALLY collect Nazi-related items I'd have some questions tbqfh, as I'd be tempted to say that's an "enthusiast" not a collector.
Likewise with some of the items in this thread (the Alabama one for instance), if someone wanted it as part of a collection of American / colonial items then that seems reasonable. If they simply have a massive collection of black caricatures, gollywogs and pictures of people with blackface... well... there's something else going on there isn't there.
