Well there in lies the problem - people complain about normal people, but when they get them they complain of them being dull. On the other hand, BB5 was the first series to have tons of freaks in it. This was a huge success. This lead to non-stop freaks getting put in the house. People began to hate this. They stopped. BB8 was called c**p and boring with no good housemates. 
I think the people who complain about BB are just doing it for the sake of it!

I'm not complaining about what happened in BB7, it happened, end of. I just say that I don't like that type of housemates because they were completely ridiculous and the whole thing was awful (for me I precise).
BB5 had a great diversity of housemates, that was enjoyable in the way they were all different and the whole thing worked very well.
