Can I make suggestion and change the voting to :
can
either (a) vote 2x-1
or (b)1x+1
so possible scenarios are
if you wish to use +1 vote
Housemate A 11 +
Housemate B 10
Housemate C 10
if you wish to use 2x-1 votes
Housemate A 10
Housemate B 9 -
Housemate C 9 -
so voters can either help a housemate by single +1 vote or reduce up to two housemates with -1 votes
